കാസര്‍കോട്: (www.kasargodvartha.com 11.11.2019) ചെറുവത്തൂരില്‍ നടന്ന ജില്ലാ സ്‌കൂള്‍ കായിക മേളയില്‍ സീനിയര്‍ വിഭാഗം 1500 മീറ്റര്‍ ഓട്ട മത്സരത്തില്‍ മുഹമ്മദ് ഷാമില്‍ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നേടി സംസ്ഥാന സ്‌കൂള്‍ കായികമേളയിലേക്ക് അര്‍ഹത നേടി. ചെമ്മനാട് ജമാഅത്ത് ഹയര്‍ സെക്കന്‍ഡറി സ്‌കൂള്‍ പ്ലസ് വണ്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിയാണ്.
മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകന്‍ ഷാഫി തെരുവത്തിന്റെയും സുബൈദ ബങ്കരകുന്നിന്റെയും മകനാണ്.
