നേരത്തേ ഗള്‍ഫിലായിരുന്ന മനോജ് നാലുമാസം മുന്‍പാണ് സന്ദര്‍ശകവിസയില്‍ വീണ്ടും ഒമാനിലേക്ക് പോയത്. എന്നാല്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴ്ച താമസ സ്ഥലത്ത് മരിച്ചതായി ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ക്ക് വിവരം ലഭിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. മനോജ് മരിച്ചുകിടന്ന റൂമിന്റെ വാതില്‍ പുറത്തുനിന്ന് പൂട്ടിയിരുന്നതായും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ഭീഷണി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതായും ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
